1. Overview

We provide fast, reliable, and fully tracked delivery across the United Kingdom, supplying both business (B2B) and consumer customers.

All orders are processed and dispatched by Astflick Group Ltd.


2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days
  • Orders placed outside working hours are processed the next working day
  • During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended

3. Delivery Timeframes

UK Mainland Delivery

  • Standard delivery: 3–5 working days

We aim to dispatch as quickly as possible, however all delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.


4. Shipping Method

  • Orders are shipped via tracked courier services
  • All shipments are insured in transit
  • Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched

5. Delivery Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
  • Free delivery may be offered on selected orders or promotions

6. Missed Deliveries & Failed Attempts

If a delivery attempt is missed:

  • The courier will attempt redelivery or leave instructions
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to rearrange delivery

Failure to accept delivery may result in:

  • Return shipping charges
  • Restocking fees (particularly for business orders)

7. Delivery Issues

If your order:

  • Has not arrived within the expected timeframe
  • Arrives damaged
  • Is incomplete

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) at:

We may request:

  • Photos of damage
  • Packaging evidence
  • Confirmation of delivery details

8. Risk & Ownership

  • Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery
  • Ownership of goods remains with us until full payment has been received

9. Business Customers

For all B2B orders:

  • Delivery dates are non-binding estimates
  • We are not liable for delays caused by:
    • Couriers
    • Supply chain issues
    • External factors beyond our control

We strongly recommend allowing sufficient lead time for critical use.


10. International Shipping

Where international delivery is offered:

  • Delivery times vary by destination
  • Customers are responsible for:
    • Customs duties
    • Import taxes
    • Local clearance fees

11. Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for failed delivery
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery

🔒 Advanced Commercial Clauses – IronStep

All clauses aligned with Astflick Group Ltd (trading as IronStep) and Astflick Holdings Ltd.


1. Title & Risk Clause

Title and Risk in Goods

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the delivery address.

Legal title (ownership) of the goods shall remain with Astflick Group Ltd until:

  • Full payment (including any interest, charges, or fees) has been received in cleared funds; and
  • All other outstanding sums owed by the customer have been paid in full.

Until title passes:

  • The customer shall hold the goods as bailee for Astflick Group Ltd
  • Goods must be stored separately and clearly identifiable
  • We reserve the right to enter premises to recover unpaid goods

This clause applies to all transactions, including those conducted via invoice, credit account, or online purchase.


2. No Delay Liability

Delivery Delays – Limitation of Liability (Business Customers)

All delivery dates provided are estimates only.

Astflick Group Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from delays in delivery, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of business
  • Loss of profits
  • Project delays
  • Contractual penalties

This applies regardless of cause, including delays due to:

  • Courier or logistics providers
  • Supplier or manufacturing delays
  • Customs or regulatory delays
  • Force majeure events

Business customers are responsible for ensuring adequate lead time when placing orders.


3. Split Shipping / Backorder Clause

Partial Shipments & Backorders

Astflick Group Ltd reserves the right to:

  • Dispatch orders in multiple shipments
  • Part-fulfil orders where stock availability requires

Where items are out of stock:

  • The remaining items may be placed on backorder
  • Backordered items will be dispatched once available

Unless agreed otherwise:

  • Partial shipments do not entitle the customer to cancel the order
  • Delivery timelines may vary between items

We will make reasonable efforts to inform customers of any delays or stock issues.


4. Courier Liability Limitation Clause

Courier & Delivery Liability

All deliveries are carried out by third-party courier services.

Astflick Group Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by courier services
  • Loss or damage occurring after dispatch
  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address details provided by the customer

Our liability is strictly limited to:

  • The value of the goods supplied; or
  • Replacement of the affected goods at our discretion

Claims for lost or damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery).

We will assist in pursuing claims with the courier where appropriate, but we are not responsible for courier performance.
