IronStep is a trading brand of Astflick Group Ltd, with intellectual property owned by Astflick Holdings Ltd.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Definitions

  • “We”, “Us”, “Our” = Astflick Group Ltd (trading as IronStep)
  • “Customer” = purchaser (consumer or business)
  • “Goods” = products supplied

2. Business vs Consumer Status

We supply both:

  • Consumers (private individuals)
  • Business customers (companies, institutions, sole traders)

Where a purchase is made in the course of business, the transaction is treated as Business-to-Business (B2B) and consumer protections may not apply.

3. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
  • Product images and descriptions are for illustration and may vary

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in GBP (£)
  • VAT is applied where applicable
  • Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch unless a credit account is agreed

5. Credit Accounts (B2B Only)

Where a credit account is granted:

  • Standard terms: 30 days from invoice date
  • We reserve the right to withdraw credit facilities at any time

6. Late Payment & Interest

Late payments will incur:

  • Interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998
  • Statutory interest (8% above Bank of England base rate)
  • Fixed compensation fees per invoice
  • Recovery and legal costs

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend supply
  • Cancel outstanding orders
  • Pass debts to collection agencies or enforcement officers

7. Personal Guarantee (Where Required)

For certain business customers, including:

  • Limited companies
  • New trading entities
  • Higher-risk accounts

We may require a personal guarantee.

By entering into a credit agreement:

  • The guarantor agrees to be personally liable for all outstanding debts
  • Liability includes interest, fees, and enforcement costs

8. Title & Risk in Goods

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Legal title (ownership) remains with Astflick Group Ltd until:

  • Full payment has been received in cleared funds; and
  • All outstanding balances owed by the customer are settled

Until ownership transfers:

  • Goods must be stored securely and separately
  • We reserve the right to recover unpaid goods

9. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed
  • Orders may be dispatched in multiple shipments
  • Items out of stock may be placed on backorder

Partial deliveries:

  • Do not constitute breach of contract
  • Do not entitle cancellation

10. No Delay Liability (B2B Customers)

For business customers:

Astflick Group Ltd shall not be liable for any loss arising from delivery delays, including:

  • Loss of profit
  • Loss of business
  • Project or operational delays

This applies regardless of cause, including courier or supply chain issues.

Customers are responsible for ensuring sufficient lead time.

11. Courier & Delivery Liability

Deliveries are handled by third-party couriers.

We are not liable for:

  • Courier delays
  • Loss or damage after dispatch
  • Failed delivery due to incorrect address

Our liability is limited to:

  • Replacement of goods; or
  • Refund of the purchase value (at our discretion)

All issues must be reported within 48 hours.

12. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy:

  • Consumers: 14-day right to cancel under UK law
  • Businesses: No returns unless faulty or agreed

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions.

13. Product Use & Safety

  • Products must be used in accordance with manufacturer guidance
  • We accept no liability for misuse
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring suitability for intended use

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
  • Liability is limited to the value of goods supplied

Nothing excludes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

15. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, and content remain the property of:

  • Astflick Holdings Ltd

Unauthorised use is prohibited.

16. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with:

  • UK GDPR
  • Data Protection Act 2018

17. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Industrial action
  • Supply chain disruption
  • Government restrictions

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
